COVID-19 brought with it a lot of tragedy but it also exposed some of our weaknesses like our inability to be alone without experiencing psychological distress which is also why we stay in toxic relationships despite the abuse that comes our way. So, in this episode we learn how we can master the art of solitude. He is a licensed psychologist, clinical assistant professor in psychiatry. He has also written several books all of them focused on helping people use mindfulness as a tool to enhance the quality of their life.
