The Process Of Emotional Healing And The Role It Plays In Our Growth
Monday Oct 12, 2020
Monday Oct 12, 2020
As you work on building a better life, you will find that there are issues that despite much effort, you won’t master. A lot of people with anger issues blame the stress from work or running a home. When our relationships keep failing, we often think it’s because of the person we’ve become. An inability to maintain good health gets blamed on the hectic schedule and an overwhelming to-do list. What a lot of us don’t realize is that the problems we face may not have its cause in the person we’re today. The issue may be with the very foundation of our character, a self-defeating belief system, or childhood insecurities that may still be crowding our emotional space. In this episode, we explore the importance of healing past trauma, negative experiences, and emotional bruises. We go over the process and the techniques that can help. Listen to the episode if you are ready to heal your past and tap into your full potential.

Monday Aug 17, 2020
In this episode, we discuss how dysfunctional beliefs and fear of change may be keeping us small. Our guest, Annie Francoeur is an advanced clinical therapist with training and certification in a lot of different forms of healing. She has dedicated herself to studying and exploring how the mind works and how it controls our reality. Together, we delve deeper into the subject of how we can consciously create a better life for ourselves, undo the dysfunction we’ve carried over from our childhood, and become more open to healthy change and hopefully, armed with all that information, create a belief system that adds power to our efforts as we steer our lives into a more positive direction. We also learn about channeling a higher consciousness to enrich the daily experiences of our life. Annie channels a group of non-physical teachers that refer to themselves as the Collective and they bring with them a whole lot of wisdom and we’re about to learn exactly how this works and more importantly, how we tap into our own inner guides.

Hey there! I am super excited to be launching this podcast and embarking on this new adventure with you. In this episode, I share all about what led to the podcast and a little bit of my story.
The theme of the podcast was chosen based on certain common issues raised by the people I have worked with in the past year. And it seems that instead of consciously choosing a path based on an honest self-evaluation and an understanding of what really matters to us on an intellectual and emotional level, we are being pushed into directions that were never meant for us. Some of us are just playing the age old comparison game and some of us have become unwitting members of the performative workaholism group. What constitutes a life of joy and how we can truly live a life of meaning are just some of the questions I have tackled in this brief episode. In case of questions and comments, reach out to me on Instagram (mehra_krati) or use my website, https://www.kratimehra.com/
