Crafting a life based not only on duty and social expectations but also on our intrinsic desires allows for genuine fulfilment. By choosing roles consciously and with intent, we become architects of our own destiny, ensuring that our journey resonates deeply with our true self and purpose. With this conversation, take your first step towards your soul and the immense power it offers.
Soul advisor, Leah Brathwaite uses spirituality to help people find a sense of calm and power within themselves even as they continue to be a part of this very chaotic, confusing, and frustrating world. We talk about how Leah got onto the path of spirituality and the pain and isolation that she had to undergo to break away from old structures and walk this path that offered her no certainty. We talk about Kundalini, why it was kept a secret for so long and how massively powerful and transformational it can be. Leah also walks us through a simple exercise that can help you tap into your intuition and connect to your soul along with other practical tools that can help you better manage the moments of stress and overwhelm that we experience almost constantly.
Leah Brathwaite is an author, Soul Advisor, kundalini instructor and Human Design guide. She is the founder and CEO of Live Free Lifestyle Inc, a personal and spiritual development and lifestyle brand that helps high achievers connect with and live upto their full potential and purpose. After emancipating from nearly three decades of a repressive religious indoctrination, navigating disability, depression and divorce and starting her life over from scratch at 30, Leah learned valuable tools, lessons and practices to heal, get unstuck and create a life of freedom, fulfilment and joy. She teaches her transformative methods and perspectives through her writing, courses and consulting. Building a business on the strength of your passion, or entrepreneurship of any kind really, is a path of such deep emotional investment and so profoundly challenging that those who travel this path can never have enough guidance. In this episode, I bring you a little more of that guidance with Emily Williams sharing a lot of her learnings and experiences so we can grow through what she has gone through 😉
Emily Williams is a success coach, author, podcast host and CEO who, at one point, couldn’t get a job at Starbucks. After experiencing a quarter-life crisis, she moved from Ohio to London (where she knew no one!) and in 2014 launched her company, I Heart My Life. She made $442 in her first month—and then went on to hit six figures in six months, before her 30th birthday. She grew her business into seven figures in under 18 months.
We’re going to learn all about that very interesting journey, the mindset that goes into becoming a successful entrepreneur, getting good at marketing, and dealing with failures and rejections along the way.
Today, Emily works with ambitious, heartcentered women from all over the world. She helps them bust through the obstacles that hold their dreams and goals hostage so they can free themselves to create a life that's better than their dreams through the company's membership, courses and retreats.

How To Stop Feeling Overwhelmed All The Time
Thursday Aug 03, 2023
Thursday Aug 03, 2023
In our life today, there's always too much going on. We are constantly playing catch up with life and that of course, leaves us feeling overwhelmed, so overwhelmed that we forget to revel in life, appreciate the good that it offers, and relish the challenges it throws our way. In this episode, we discuss what we can do to not feel so overwhelmed all the time.
We begin by understanding where the overwhelm comes from, how it creates a feeling of isolation, and what we can do to better manage our time and self.
